I have decided to move my blog here, from its old home at mikedowney.co.uk. My old Blosxom based site was becoming too difficult to maintain. I will be leaving the old site up and probably copy a few recent articles over to here. All the new content will get posted here though.

  1. Hi Mike, I found your post from 2010 really useful to me – Simple HDR photography with ImageJ.
I have a question about this – the following task:
“The various beads sizes of the FPS-M57-6 slide create a very large dynamic range of signals. For
this reason, images were acquired at two exposures – a short exposure that is appropriate for
the larger beads, and a long exposure that enables the smaller beads to be detected. Combine
these two images into a single high dynamic range (HDR) image in which the weak and strong
    signals are properly represented”.
(the stack of images can be found here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1r8pM2Li5l6Smsrd5hGsVP_tO-8TyXc7b).
How can I use your plugin to do this task? the exposure level is 50 and 200.
